acceptable stay near termini
convenient location helpful staff black mold uncomfortable pillows
the location is convenient, situated very close to the main train station. i found the staff quite helpful, especially the receptionists. this made navigating the area and accessing transportation very straightforward.
The bathroom needed some updates. I noticed black mold between the ceramic tiles. i also found the pillows to be quite uncomfortable. this impacted the overall comfort of the room.

helpful staff useful luggage storage unique lift poor soundproofing annoying bathroom fan bad headache
the staff were helpful. they held my luggage after checkout, it was very useful. the location is near the station. the vintage lift provided a unique experience.
the walls were not soundproof. sounds of neighbors and their bathroom fan were annoying. i was not able to sleep well. they were painting the corridors on our floor, yet all rooms were full. i had a bad headache.

I found the location convenient. It was near the main train station. Storing my luggage was straightforward upon my early arrival. The staff offered a take-away croissant and a hot beverage when I checked out before breakfast hours, a thoughtful gesture.
The air conditioning wasn't working effectively in the room. The temperature was quite high during the day and night.

practical location vintage elevator secure luggage
the location proved very practical because it was near termini station. i found the vintage elevator beautiful. luggage storage was secure..
i noticed scuff marks on the walls. the bathroom door and handle were not very clean.

Charming Stay Near the Station
respectful staff early arrival great service
The staff was very courteous I found them helpful. They held our luggage because we arrived early giving us time to explore some sites and grab lunch. The service was great I really appreciated that.
